My Rat, Charlie, Just Died The vet was dumbfounded of how fast the Cancer grew... in 3 days it was the size of a baseball you could cuff in ur hand... it attacked his lungs and rib cage... They put him to sleep... that sent a clay memorial of his feet, paws, and tail in a clay slab Cry Im gonna miss'm... He was a Black hooded...and Black and white colored on his body

I am so sorry. I almost lost one of my ratties just a couple of days ago, and I've lost many rats in the past. It's always so hard to see them pass away, and it's also difficult to deal with the fact that most people don't really care about your loss because "it's just a rat". All of us on the forum understand how precious a rattie can be. I hope you feel better soon.

I'm so very sorry. It's always difficult to lose a loved one, but even more so when it's so unexpected. Many of us have experienced the same pain you're going through right now. It does get easier with time. It also helps to remember all the wonderful times you had together, and how lucky he was to have you there to make his life so happy. May your heart be at peace, knowing that he now is, too.

I am sorry for your loss.  I can't beleive how much I cryed when Ginger passed.   Cry    Don't let anyone put you down for feeling sad.  We are all here for ya.

Im so sorry for your loss, it's always very hard when they go. They are here with us for such a short while. Try to take some comfort in the fact that he is now at the bridge with a bunch of rat buddies and is all better now.

I'm so sorry.  I think there's nothing worse than losing a rat that fast.  Sometimes it helps to be able to prepare for it a little, but it's devastating when they're just gone.  *hugs*

I'm so sorry about Charlie. I lost my 13 year old kitty Little 2 weeks ago. It was sudden and devastating. I know how bad it feels.
