WAAH! I can't find any rex rats!

We've decided to get a couple more rats, girls, to go with our current colony of 3 girls.  We're not interested in breeding at all.

I have decided the only way we would add to our current batch of girls is if we can find something unique, but not hairless.  I can't handle hairless rats.  So, I want a dumbo, and I want a rex, but cannot find any, even among local breeders.

WAAAAAAAAAAAH!

All the good ratteries are in Southern CA, and the nearest one is like, 7 hours' drive from where I live!

Sorry.  I'm just feeling REALLY super frustrated.

Thanks, Irene and Louise.  I hope I find something, too.  There's something about those curly whiskers, you know?  The poor, darling things look like they've been run through an old fashioned wringer!  LOL!
