What size would you recommend for an 11lb cat?  And can you make them without the bell (the youngest ones run around playing in my room at night and the bell would drive me nuts lol)?

Can you measure her neck? The normal cat collars fit 7-11 inch necks but I can make them to fit any size. The bells are removable, or I can make one with no bell
