Does anyone make their own cat toys?  Would you be willing to share how you make the cat toy(s)?  I'm looking for a simple way to make homemade feather toys for interactive play with my three cats, Gracie, Snuggles and Tiger.

I've made some different types of cat toys.  I had had them on ebay for a little while, but wasn't worth it.

I made some mice just but sewing them into a 3d triangle shape, stuffing them and sewing a tail on.  Put cat nip into some of them.

Made some butterflies by sewing and stuffing 2 triangles for wings, then used 3 of 4 colors of yarn knotted the body and sewed the wings to the side of that, leaving yarn hanging down for a "tail"  that you can tease the cats with.  You hold on to the butterflies.  I got ideas looking on ebay at toys people made and put up for sale.  figure out how to make them myself and go from there!

I did fish toys too - square body, triangle tail added on, "fishing line"  piece of yarn for you to dangle it for the cats.
