Well my boyfriend watches a lot of cartoons. And we may be getting a new puppy. And my boyfriend is adamant that we call him Dr. Zoidberg.  I personally think it's a terrible name. Especially if he runs off or something. I don't want to be running around the neighborhood calling for Dr. Zoidberg. I mean seriously. But I know once we get the puppy he'll refuse to call it anything else. What am I going to do? |

I didn't think not agreeing on a name would matter on how well we take care of it together. We both agree on how we will take care of it ie. feeding, excercise, training schedule, potty training etc. I figure those are the important things.
I mean I guess i can call the dog Doc for short.
I just thought it'd be a funny story kind of because it shows how silly my boyfriend is.

Well we picked him up yesterday. He's a real sweetheart. Very underweight though. we gotta fatten him up. Without further ado. Doctor Zoidberg. . .   For only eight weeks old he's pretty well potty trained. He's only had one accident and that was my fault anyways not his. He's going to be VERY smart. I can tell already. |

He's a sheltie mix. They said momma was a pure bred sheltie and dad looked like a sheltie mix.
He doesn't much look like a sheltie to me but who knows what he'll look like when he grows up and grows into his giant head.

That's good! I hope he turns out obedient,and not like my pup,Carlin,who I secretly think is completely wolf,and doesn't just have wolf blood in him. He sure acts like a wild dog sometimes..  |

He went to the vet today. He got a clean bill of health. The vet thinks he's more like 6 weeks old. He goes back in for his follow up shots in a couple weeks.
More pictures when my sister sends me the ones she took and when i get my camera back from my mom
