puppy training issues

ok so if its not one animal in my house its another...

i am having puppy issues and normaly i wouldn't complain. but since he is now peeing on mom's chair i have to ask for help.. he has been peeing on the floor and popping ne where he pleases. i can't get him to stop. we have bleach moped. moped with the special "no more pee" stuff. and i still can't get him to stop.

he's a 2 month old min pin. i've had him since he was 5/6 weeks old. when i got him the owner "claimed" he was paper trained. you could just set him on the paper n he would pee (haha) like a typical male. he won't do that. i've sat there with him on the paper for 2 hrs and the secound i let him off the paper he peed an inch off the paper. i take him out every hr or before and we stay out there for over a hr like i have nothing better to do. and he will still come in and potty on the floor.

We also have a HUGE aggression issue. he bites and grows at every one (even me sometimes) he acts scared of us all and i can't figure it out. and I know as well as my mom does IF we take him to a shelter there gonna put him down cause he is SOOO bad at some points. and then others he is sooo angelic. i am HOPING someone on here can help us out a little me and my gf want to keep him but with these habbits i am about to get rid of him

I have had dogs before and they have trained out perfectly fine. we can't get him to train and i don't know if its cause he's a min pin. or cause he's stuborn.. PLEASE HELP US KEEP OUR BABY..

You don't need someone on here to help you- you need to get in contact with a strictly positive reinforcement trainer that can help you with potty training AND aggression. This isn't something to play around with. Get it taken care of right away and nip it in the bud.

Is he neutered? What you described sounds like normal, male testosterone-based behavior. If he pees little dribbles that is just marking which neutering usually clears up as well as any aggression related to hormones.

When he "bites", is it just snapping without coming in contact? If he is just snapping and growling but actually looking afraid, it is because he is insecure - "fear biting". It's like a fake front, he acts tough so nobody messes with him because he's afraid. If dogs want to actually bite you, they will most likely come in contact. If he is actually biting but used to just snap or growl it is because the emotion has escalated now that it hasn't been given limits and there is no control.

Insecure dogs need a clear leader who shows them that they can take charge so the dog does not need to protect themselves any longer.

This is a two month old puppy.  He doesn't have the ability to hold his bladder and bowels yet.  And any breeder that would suggest that a 6 week old puppy is reliably paper trained would be highly questionable to me.  At this age he simply should not have freedom in the house to be going anywhere he pleases. He should be in a small room with you or on a leash.  If you can't keep your attention on him exclusively, he should be in his crate/ ex-pen. If he doesn't go when he's outside, bring him in and pop him in his crate (with no stern voice or sounding upset..this is not punishment) and take him out 15 minutes later to try again.  A two month old puppy is not going to be reliably housetrained..they're babies and need to, potty wise at least, be thought of as one.

I'd seek out a trainer for the biting. Look for one who uses positive methods only..he's already fearful, so you want someone who will help you to build his confidence while still working on proper behavior.

 Several times a day, take a few minutes to reinforce your puppy' s name.  Arm yourself with some titbits and toys and put your pup on his lead.The lead is helpful to give you some gentle control over the pup' s movements - should he decide that something else is more interesting, you can stop him from wandering off without having to chase him.
