Title: Aspirin or Tylenol?
Post by: flambled on June 07, 2008, 03:59:27 PM
Which one is it that a dog can have?  I'm thinking aspirin, but I've seen too many sites that say both so now I am confused.   Thanks much.

Tylenol is the bad one!  One dose can kill your dog!!

Yup, stick with aspirin.  You can either go to a chain store and buy "doggy aspirin" for an astronomical amount, or you can go to Walmart and buy the 325 mg dose of buffered aspirin.  Same thing, just a whole lot cheaper.

Check with your vet first, though on dosage, since weight affects how much they can take.
