....resize photos so they can fit in the avatar section?

There's no way I'd be able to explain it, not knowing what image editing software you are using (Photoshop is the only one I know, anyway)... if you want, you can e-mail me the image and I'll resize it. Grin

You can use something like paint shop pro or photoshop.

OR... if you want, put it somewhere I can get to it and I'll resize it for you and send it back to you. It'd take me about 2 seconds.
