I just came back from a really excellent Nickelback concert.
Also playing was Jerry Cantrel (not my favorite, but they did play 2 alice in chains songs) and Default, who I really enjoyed (never realized the singer was so cute)

In any case, the concert was absolutely excellent, and I highly recommend anyone who enjoys them to head out and see them live. It's incredible.

EEEK!!! YOU SAW NICKELBACK!!! I'm so jealous...but not for long!!! There's a 99% chance I'll be getting tickets to the June 19th show at Hammerstein ballroom. It'll be the perfect end of school present  Grin. Was Chad as wonderful in real life as on screen? Of course he was...I'm rambling....must go take more screenshots of videos  Wink

I know that Default was playing in Emeryville yesterday, so they are in the Bay Area.

They played at the Warfield in San Fransisco tuesday night. It was totally, totally amazing.
And yes Kristen, Chad's pretty cute, although he makes an odd face when he sings. I kinda thought the singer from default was cuter, but I could go either way.  Grin
It was really funny, they threw beer into the audience and sprayed us with hoses. The Pyrotechnics were pretty interesting too.
I got to be right down front since the warfield isn't that big of a venue.
I find out about all visits of bands I like to my area from http://www.pollstar.com/
They email me so I never miss a concert.
