Well, I'm going to see my sister for easter this year.  It is the first year we have both had our own places!  So... I decided since she's letting me and a friend go visit for this weekend that I would make up Easter baskets for the 2 of us (me and her)  Just thought I'd share pictures of them.  They don't look bad considering this is the first time I have ever done them and that I did them in one night!

those look great!  Blue Dumbo Smile

We bought goodies for baskets last night...since we don't have kids, we're making baskets for my parents, hubby's parents, my brother and his girlfriend.  I love making easter baskets!

Some people are like slinkies..... They are not really good for anything... BUT they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs!

Oooh, those look great! Good job!!!

I'm not getting an Easter basket this year. Apparently they don't do them over here, and Philip didn't know I wanted one. I only mentioned it last week, and he didn't have time (i.e., time away from me) to get one together. Poor little me...  Cry

Not only can you get Easter baskets but Cadbury's makes the best Easter Eggs stuffed with all sorts of things.

I'm single-handedly keeping Cadbury making Easter-time chocolate...  Cheeky Creme eggs, caramel eggs, mini creme eggs, mini chocolate eggs: it's all good! That's what makes the idea of no Easter basket at least tolerable...  Wink I've just had a Nestle double creme egg tonight, though -- YUM! (And there are Mars eggs, and Galaxy eggs, and Smarties eggs, and........) I've been addicted to Cadbury eggs all my life, but this is heaaaaaven......

mmm... Cadbury's...

It is a great tragedy of my life that I've moved to a part of the country that doesn't have See's Candy stores.  I know I'll be able to get my Cadbury fix, but I NEED my chocolate eggs from See's!   I am so craving a chocolate egg stuffed with cherries, more chocolate and walnuts.

Excellent easter baskets, BTW!

I found all the eggs with different kinds of candy in them in an 8 pack at Walmart.
