"Which way did he go, George, which way did he go?

He'd had a bath before, at the petstore, and I've decided to bathe him every 3 months or so. Since he has a playdate tomorrow I decided to give him a bath tonight...

Ignore the rust stains in the bath. Hard water is a b*tch. In this picture (Above) he's a little suspicious...

And not the least bit happy to see that the tub is slowly filling with water!

And, finally, this one has him with the baby shampoo in his fur...And the HORRIBLE sounds he was making. Gah! Ever seen Free Willy, and remember when the whale was crying? That's what it reminded me of. He was sooo sad. But he was sooo cuddly when I took him out and dried him off.

What an adorable little ferret. Made you feel like a heel for bathing him, though, huh? He's probably hoping you'll feel so guilty for putting him through such a horrible, heart-rending ordeal (witness the pitiful crying) that you'll never do it again.   Cheeky

that pitiful cry is what Promethius did when I first gave him a bath. He still does it sometimes.
