I've had two ferrets for over a year, and was for a while feeding them Marshall brand food. I recently found out that it's bad and can cause smelly ferrets. So after looking at about a million different foods for ferrets I descided to try the ferretstore.com's brand food. I ordered their all natural brand. Boy has it made the difference! My ferrets don't smell at all anymore. Their coats feel nice and clean. They just look so healthy.
Does anyone else use this food and what is your opinion on it?

I've used the cheap 8 in 1 for years but as my ferrets got older we slowly changed over to Totally Ferret. It's got their coats looking so wonderful and they seem to LOVE it. I've not used ferretstore.com brand food. What's the ingrediants on that? What's the nutrients?

Marshall ferret food is junk Tongue Mostly smelly fish and not as nutritious as other food out there lol. I'm glad I never used it when first getting my ferrets. I would of been so turned off by their smell XD

I use Ferret Store Natural for my weasel mixed with Totally Ferret and Nutro Kitten.  Lunch doesn't like the FS kibble as much and usually leaves it to the end.  She'll sit there and pick out the nutro bits and eat that first.  She's such a weirdo.  She'll eat the FS eventually.  I try to make sure she mostly empties the bowl before it gets refilled.  (I don't let her run out of food- since she's a single ferret, I know exactly how much food she'll eat in a day and refill it when there's under a day's worth left)  Otherwise, she'll eat only the nutro and not the actual designed-for-ferrets food.  I like the ingredients for FS nat.  First ingredient is chicken, followed by chicken meal.  Both human-grade meat, not by-products.
