My mom said that Land Before Time made me cry like nothing else.

The NoteBook was weird because I held it in until I was driving home.  At that time i was going through a pretty tough time.

I just watched Be Kind Rewind today and that made me want to pinch a tear.  King Kong (the new one) made me bawl like a baby and I have to admit that the ending was great.

A lot of movies make me sad but really I don't cry.

Bridge to Terabithia did me in last night. Also Family Stone always makes me cry. Trainspotting made me cry so badly I had to leave the theatre. Same with Schindler's list.

Superman Returns.  When Supes is dying/in the hospital, I was in tears.

Camille, with Greta Garbo.  Cried my eyes out practically through the entire movie.

Ever since I stopped taking my anti-depressants...pretty much every movie makes me want to cry at some point in it. It's like I have a really hard time telling myself "it's just a movie" now. Some MAJOR tear jerker movies that I can think of are....

Eight Below ((I dunno what was wrong with me lol. I saw it in the theater and this was when I was still taking anti-depressants...I may have forgotten that day though. SPOILERS:::I started crying when the dog saved the guy from falling in the ice...cried more when they had to leave the dogs....cried more watching them trying to survive....cried more when they came back for the dogs.....::::END SPOILERS ya...Cried thru the whole thing.))

Brother Bear ((This is another movie that I saw when I was still on my meds, but it ALWAYS makes me cry, medicated or not. :::SPOILERS I usually only cry when Kenai tells Koda about killing the bear, and at the end when Koda is with his mom. No...I don't cry when Sitka dies. :::END SPOILERS Animals dying makes me cry more often than people dying for some reason...ya...I have issues. lol

Reign on Me ((SPOLIERS:::No matter how many times I see it...I always BAWL when he talk about what happened to his family.:::END SPOILERS))

I am Legend ((Ok...I absolutely HATED this movie. I think this was the first movie I saw in theaters after stopping my meds. I litterally cried thru the WHOLE THING. :::SPOILERS Two things that I am REALLY afraid of are: being alone and zombies. And we already discussed my issue with animals dying in movies:::END SPOLIERS I just could not enjoy this movie at all because the whole thing was depressing and terrifying. I will never ever EVER watch this movie again.))

EDITED BECAUSE I FORGOT TO ADD:

I also cry at the end of Homeward Bound when the dogs make it home. I also admit to crying everytime a Pedigree dog food commercial for the shelter dogs come on. My husband and I watch tv with his finger on the button to change the channel at the first sound of the commercial.
I cry every time the new ASPCA commercial comes on. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8EYocy_DN60
I also always cry when I watch the music video for Free Me by Goldfinger http://video.google.com/googleplayer.swf?docId=4083640193010032444&hl=en
Oh....AND Meet Your Meet and Earthlings of course. EVERYONE should watch Earthlings though. Changed my life. http://veg-tv.info/Earthlings

OK...I think I'm done now.  Tongue

- Titanic
-Bambi
-Beaches
-Lion King (the opening scene, all the animals in harmony, something about it KILLS me...and of course, Mufasa's death)

There was one commercial that made me cry for 20 minutes everytime I saw it on tv.

I think it was for a running shoe? Anyway, there's a runner running on the sidewalk and a guy is following him with a boombox. They show the runner in a few different areas but the guy keeps holding up the music for him. I guess the runner gets sick of it, but he pushes the guy over and he has a pretty bad wipe out. You see the guy just sitting there with his head hanging and looking defeated. The runner comes back into frame and offers his hand and helps the guy up. He asks "Sorry man, you ok?". The boombox holder just nods, picks up his boombox, and follows the runner again.

I BAWLED

I am often touched by a commercial, but annoyed at the same time because I know they are trying to manipulate my emotions. I am more likely to enjoy a good sad movie when it feels like the writer, director, and actors are all trying to express their real feelings.

I cry so easily from movies. Just about all the ones people have mentioned... if I've seen it I have bawled like a baby.

The thing that got the strongest emotional response was from a tv show though. The episode of M*A*S*H when Colonel Blake is killed made me cry so hard I thought I was going to lose my mind. Cry

I don't cry much, but Black Beauty STILL makes me cry, and Dream with the Fishes has had me sobbing like a child.

Okay I cried the entire way through Earthlings and I don't think I'll ever be able to watch it again or even think about watching it.

**spoiler**

At the very beginning when they're talking about pets and the stray dog is running around and they take it and throw it into the trash truck that is crushing garbage is horrendous.  That image is so burnt into my head it is something I'll never forget it.  The worse part is the look on the dogs face like HEY we're playing a game!  Ugh I can't stand people.

I have a theory about that commercial.  It's not intended for us, the ones who cry over the rats we couldn't save or the dogs and cats put to sleep because owners wanted a "cute" puppy or kitten or got "too busy" for their grown up dog whose ears perk up every time they hear someone walking towards their kennel, thinking that maybe, maybe this time it's the owner that finally missed them too much and has realized their mistake.  Those of us already donate to animal shelters and adopt from animal shelters.

That commercial is intended for the idiots who leave their senior dogs behind, their older cats...the ones who don't understand the responsibility we bear our animal companions when we allow them to be brought into the world.

Eh...great...now I've made myself cry and I didn't even see the damn commercial...

hairless_love I remember that when I was seriously depressed and on meds when my 1st marriage was breaking up and things were really bad, I raved about films I watched then, how great they were, how sad they were. When I watched them again when things were better I saw them totally differently and couldn't understand or remember what was so great about them.
