We all have that one toy, that we got at GoodWill, that the rats prefer over all the things we bought brand new, and expensive.  I'd like for you, my fellow rat owners to tell me about your wonderful treasures. Pictures would be great, especially ones of ratlets posing with them.

I got this last week at the Goodwill store.  Halfprice sticker so only .50.

 I don't have pics yet cuz my computer is stupid  , but i'll just tell about mine. I found this big really hot pink, fuzzy toilet seat cover thing for $1 that my girls love to lay on (not to mention it is adorable and spices up their cage with a little color haha.) Also, I got this Blue/green striped puffy pillow case thing. It's square and all the pillow bedding was taken out so it makes the PERFECT hammock. It was only 50 cents!  My girls' cage is sooo adorable and colorful now I love it!!

I got this at Goodwill for 1.00,  unfortunately cant really see it, but its for toddlers.. the rat boys LOVE IT! As you can see, it makes a great peek a boo spot for my little alien man, Donny..

We found the black mesh cage level at the SPCA.  They had a big yard sale so we went and found some cool stuff.  That thing was originally a cage of some kind I guess.  It was very small but it had a hinged lid.  We just pulled the wire out of the hinge to pull the lid off.  We zip tied the lid to the cage to make another level.  We also found the white cube cage things for like $1 at the same yard sale.  They were taped together in a pack of 15!  We didn't use them all (some of them we broke because we bent them..haha) but they kind of came in handy when we were spicing up the superpet cage.  We also got a lot of other stuff at that yard sale.  I got a few shirts, and we got a whole bunch of food dishes because they were only 25 cents a piece.  We only used one for the rats but we knew people with dogs so they came in handy.  After it was all said and done we actually went into the shelter and handed them cash. 

It might not be an ultra cool find but a lot of goodwills and salvation armys around here try to rip you off with prices, and half the time they have JUNK.
