I love this. My 4 year old is just getting into the whole Santa bit and he's all over this kind of stuff.  Grin

This has been a part of Christmas for my daughter since she was three.  We watch Santa on Norad, then go out and look at Christmas lights, then come home, she gets to open her one present (jammies) then we have hot chocolate and read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and then she goes to bed...and actually falls asleep.  She's not one of those kids who stays up all night and wakes us up at 5 am...we've actually woken her up on Christmas morning...lol

I really like this idea, and I'm glad they do this every year for the kids, but the videos that they post are sort of depressing. The voices are so monotone and blah. There could at least be a little excitement instead of having someone just reading off a card.  I enjoy everything about NORAD's tracking system except the videos. Please, next year have someone do the videos with more enthusiasm.

Our son LOVED this last night.  He's just a little too little to really "get" Santa, but he loved the videos.  All night he'd point at the computer and say "Data.  More.  Data."  So we had to watch the same ones a LOT Smiley  It'll be even more fun next year when he's almost 3.
