Shocked 2 I have just discovered that water got in with some of my doxy. It's always a nightmare getting possum to take her meds, and now this! It seems to be all sort of.. melted... Has it gone bad? Help!!

Let me clarify: this is ALL the doxy I have. I have no more until Monday, when some will be arriving in the mail. What should I do?

I don't know how much water got in it, but I'm assuming just a few drops, maybe a mL? If that's the case, here's what I would do....  Figure out how many doses were left...let's say there were three. Measure the amount now in the bottle and divide by by three, and each third is a dose. If you're not sure how to accurately measure what's in the container now that it's mixed with water, maybe you could draw it out with the syringe, measuring how much you draw out, and transfer it to another container, measuring as you go. Hopefully you have a syringe with measurements (for example, mine is 1 mL for a whole syringe, and it has 0.1 increments).

As for mixing with water, I don't think that will hurt it, since they use water to make the mix. Just shake it well before dosing.

Good luck! Sorry about the mishap. I hope it wasn't a whole lot of water! At least you didn't spill it! That's my fear.
