My sis and I are fostering two adorable female mice that need a nice forever home.  They were dumped where my sis works, literally, in a small plastic container that looks like it was what they lived in.  We believe the guys that dropped them off were using them as breeders, possibly for a snake, and decided they were of no use anymore for what ever reason.  Lucy was pregnant but either had a miscarriage or had and ate them unfortunately.  Ethel is overweight since we thought she was pregnant but hasn't had them so she is just our big cutie.  Lucy is mostly white with red eyes and Ethel is brown agouti and looks similar to a field mouse.  Smiley We have been working with them and they have calmed down quite a bit but they are still a little hand shy but they have never bitten us.  We are in West Allis and depending on how far it is we are willing to travel half way to meet you.  We will want to know as much info about you and the food, cage, bedding, ect. so we know, hopefully, that they won't be going to be snake.  Hop to hear from you soon.

Hi,
My name is Kaytie. I have owned mice all my life. I currently have 3 males.. one is close to his 3 year birthday and the other two are close to 2 years old.
Right now im full, i have been fostering 14 rats ( mom and litter) They are going to be three weeks on sat. March 1. I Make a home made mix of food and than normally give mazui pellets with that. I have a large range of cages anything from a 5 gallon to a 20 long, also a few wire cages. Like i said before i have been fostering a good amount of rats but most have homes waiting for them so if by the time i have rehomed everyone and you still need to give  the girls a home i should be able to take them in. Also my 2 older boys are not doing very good, they are showing their old age so it would be nice to get two girls since i know the 2 boys may not be with me much longer.

I live in Gurnee IL basically northern border of IL/WI

I am so sorry I didn't post on here that they were adopted.  I normally keep up with that pretty well.  Thank you inquiring and for all I know I'll find that she has some more waiting when I get there and if thats the case I'll post them right away.  Again I'm very sorry.
