RIP Dusty

My sweet little degu Dusty died today. He was curled up, eyes closed and I thought he was asleep so I went to pet him and he was stiff Cry

I don't understand he seemed like he was doing so well yesterday. I didn't know how old he was because he was a rescue but I know he changed my life so much over this past year. Play hard at the bridge my sweet Puppy Dog Eyes:

I'm so sorry. I was just looking at your picture thread and was going to remark on how beautiful he was. I saw his pic and was instantly in love. I'm not just saying this, but he was the nicest looking degu I've ever seen a picture of. How long did you get to have him in your life?
