Hi guys. My four year old brother, Josh, is going in for surgery tomorrow. He has a rare disease, but they aren't doing the surgery because of it. They are actually doing it because he has been having frequent headaches and they think it has something to do with his spinal cord. They're going in tomorrow to see if they can fix it. He has been through a lot lately. He has to have a shot in his leg once every other day, drink a concotion of meds in the am, and go to the hospital every week or every other week. He also had tubes in him and woke up asking why he had to have the 'tails'. The first time they found out about it, he had some broken ribs and his lungs were being filled with fluid. He had woken up in the middle of the night screaming about it. For a little guy, he's a real trooper. I'm just worried and I ask that you just keep him in your thoughts and hope he pulls through.
