First of all, let me say that I've read lots about gerbils, anyway I can't really tell if my gerbil is pregnant or not...I got it at her sister 19 days ago, and as far as I know, she made 2 months of age on September the 2nd and she was on the same cage as the rest of the litter, so unfortunately she could have been impregnated by a male brother...

So... about 5 days ago, I noticed she was getting a bit swollen, but didn't really pay attention to it by then, as I thought "she" was a "he"... So... 4 days later...yesterday, she had what seemed to be blood, near her genitals...her tummy seems to move, but it could be just fast breathing...anyway she is  a lot less active than usual, and I mean A LOT, she is constantly on her nest and I know she's been having some pain because she does this really weak sound of pain whenever the other female touches her in some way, not always, but very often..

Anyway, into the pics, she looks like this:

The day I brought them home, they looked like this:

Thank you for your concern, and sorry for my bad English  Embarrassed

She definitely looks smaller in the video then in those pictures to me. Nesting behavior is a pretty sure sign that she's pregnant. Unless she's getting bigger due to a fatty diet?
