Do the Harlan products need freezing?

I just ordered some Harlan Diamond soft bedding and some Harlan 2014 & 2016. Just wondering, do I need to freeze it before using? I wouldn't mind, but I would like to use it as soon as possible, especially the food. 

Also, does anyone know how good the Harlan Diamond soft bedding works? I never heard anyone talk about it..? I bought it for 6 boys, and 6 girls (different cage), and a lone boy.

I don't remember having used the diamond soft bedding so I cannot comment on that.
 
Even though the Harlan stuff comes from a warehouse I would still freeze everything as a precaution.

The food will stay fresh longer if you do. Not sure about the bedding.

I doubt it'll go bad by the time I use it.. o.o It would probably take 2-3 weeks to go through a 10lb bag. (What I got)
