Title: Santa Cruz, CA Rabbit Haven Adoption Fair - August 7th - Rats Too! Post by: Noe on August 01, 2004, 03:17:14 PM Rabbit Haven of Santa Cruz will be holding our next adoption fair at the PetSmart on River Street next Saturday, August 7th, from 11am - 5pm. Anna (who some of you may know from the rat boards) told me she'll be bringing some foster rats from the recent Scotts Valley surrender. It'll be a great opportunity to meet other rat (and rabbit!) people and cuddle some adorable animals.
Background Information: Rabbit Haven rescues abandoned and surrendered rabbits and other small animals, as well as those threatened with euthanasia at local shelters. They are socialized in foster homes, so they get a lot of attention and a chance to let their unique personalities blossom, with the result being excellent pets who we know very well so we can match you with exactly the rabbit you are looking for. They are all toilet-trained and ready for permanent indoor homes with loving families. On July 31st we placed several rabbits to great homes, including a lovely steel blue dutch girl and an adorable angora holland lop.
