The Placer SPCA in Roseville, CA, has quite a few wonderful, adoptable rabbits.  I spent quite a bit of time with Daphne on my lap and she's really sweet.  I was also quite fond of Leroy who is one of the biggest rabbits I've ever seen and has such an adorable face.  If you would like to adopt, or know of anybody who may want to adopt, a rabbit or two, please let them know about the Placer SPCA's rabbits.
Contact the Placer SPCA at (916) 782-7722.  The shelter is located at 150 Corporation Yard Road, Roseville, CA 95678.

Norman

Norman is an active, playful bunny who loves to explore.  This true Californian would appreciate a home with kids, and perhaps a cat.  He came to us as a stray, and is neutered, litterbox trained, and ready to go home today.  If you've got room to run come check out this "curious george" of a bunny!  Waiting for a home since Feb 2, 2008.

Thor

Thor has been waiting patiently for a new home for since Jan. 16, 2008. This sweet boy likes being petted and loves treats like bananas.  He may do well with a female bunny, or in a house with a cat or children older than 4 yrs old.  Thor is litterbox trained, neutered and ready to go home today.

Daphne and Scooby

Daphne and Scooby are bonded lop sisters who have been looking for a new home since December 15, 2007.  These two girls both had to have their front teeth removed due to health issues, but eat just fine without them.  Having no front teeth means they will not chew up the cords in your house!  Daphne is a calmer bun, while her sister, Scooby, likes to explore.  Their personalities are completely different, but when you see them together you'll see true love.  Do you have a place for two beautiful girls just looking for a family of their own?

Cookie

Cookie is a shy, spayed female.  This little Dutch girl has beautiful coloring and is quite young.  She came to us as a pet abandoned in her cage in front of a local store.  Cookie is sweet, but nervous.  She needs more socializing, but may do well in a house with kids 10 yrs old or older, and perhaps a cat.  If you have a quieter home where a shy girl can get away from loud noises and fast movements, Cookie may be the bun for you.

Robles

Robles is an active, curious young man.  This Dwarf has a lot of personality, but is a bit nervous about being held and needs more socializing.  He is a young guy, probably around a year old, who came to us as an abandoned pet.  He is neutered, litterbox trained and ready to go home today.  Despite his smaller size this bun will need a large amount of play room with toys he can chew on and tear up.  Watch out!  Robles will steal your heart!

Leroy

He is brand new.  A big boy.  Neutered on 4-29-08.  He's cuddly and mellow.  Doesn't like getting picked up though.  Came in as a stray.  We think he's around 4-5 yrs old.
