So, a friend found this cage out back in the alley behind her house, so... it came home with me ;p It looks like a martins of some kind, but when I went to their site, I couldnt find it anywhere. Any idea what kind of cage this is?

Doesnt look like a homemade, from the powder coating or the welds, its EXTREMELY sturdy, light, just bulky to carry, has the same door latches as the martins, some wear and tear, nothing I cant fix, I gave it a good scrub down, and put some of my boys in it, wow.. they LOVE it! instead of horizontal bars, it has both, so basically makes perfect little squares, too small for them to get out of, but big enough for treaties and scritches.its a perfect square all the way around, and really tall. I'm only 5'4, but it comes up to mychest. Has nice big shelves, good, sturdy ramps, though nothing in the cage is removable. Everything is welded together, cant even collapse or seperate the cage itself. Even so, for a free cage.. its amazing! Though a bit small for the amount of rats I have in it, they are having a blast. I finally got Roscoe and Aidan's groups integrated in this cage, unfortunately Aidan wasnt able to go in with them since he is having serious hormonal issues, so I took his buddy Khas'san out and the two of them have the rat manor to themselves, they are loving it.

I don't think it's a Martin's.

There's another brand of cage with a similar style as Martin's (basically, the cages are made of metal mesh-type stuff), maybe quality cage company (http://qualitycage.com/index.php?main_page=index)

Could just be something that was found at a random pet store.

Not a rabbit cage, for sure - way too tall.  Great find!

I love this cage.. Heart There area few spots where the powder coating is coming off, does anyone know how to repair this? it was sticking out and pretty sharp, so I just removed those spots so the boys wouldn't hurt themselves, but I didnt like the bare wire under either. My boys are acrobats, and I just dint want them to decide to pee down the side and it to start stinking.. ugh,

Check and see if there is a powder-coating company in your area.  They can sand-blast and re-powder-coat an old cage.  Places that make trailers (like for horses) or do anything related to race cars could probably refer you to one.
