I think the colors are great. They look nice and attractive now, that is until the official ratty interior decorator, Frodo, redecorates. ::) I really need to attempt to sew some real liners sometime.

I had found the same thing at my local dollar store, but they were not nearly as pretty as yours. The colors available were mainly plaids and some washed out florals. But, I bought them anyway, lol! The Dollar Tree had a 4-pack of flannel blankets, with ugly plaid and washed out florals, just like you said. But hec, it was 4/$1, so I bought it any way! lol The blankets on the baby aisle at the dollar store are pretty much all I use for bedding these days. (With Yesterday's News in the litter pans.) I love them. They usually last a few cleans/washes, then I go back for more. That's why I was so thrilled to find one's with such attractive colors this trip.

But the girls had a good time doing it! :BlueDumboSmileTongue: They love it when I get a dollar store wicker basket and fill it with dollar store mini pom pons and small wicker balls (with treats in them if I can). Fill it up and watch them play! I the morning there are colored pom pons in strange places! I'm assuming everyone probably had this idea already, but thought I would share just in case. Reminds me....I need to make a trip soon! :doh: |
