Title: Which lab block? Post by: NinaCaliente on July 08, 2008, 09:22:38 PM When I bought my boys at Petsmart I was told to buy the Kaytee block, but I've now learned that is not best for them. I discovered that our local Pet Supplies Plus carries bulk blocks, but I'm not sure which one to buy. One is labeled "Teklad Rodent Diet 2014 Low Cal" for .99/lb, and the other is labeled "Teklad Rodent Blocks 19% Protein" for 1.49/lb. Which one of these would be appropriate for my ratty boys (if either)? Thanks for your help!

If your ratty boys are still growing, then they should have the higher protein block.
