my vet!!!!!

I live in Gardner. Your vet is in Westwood, right? That would be about a 2 hr drive for me probably considering traffic.

nope, dr mertz sees appts in needham and weymouth and does his surgeries in hingham.
he lives in westwood though

and besides, he has people that drive down from NH, ME, and VT to see him i think you are only about an hour away from needham ?

People drive from Maine!! Wow...I'd really love for him to be my vet but I'm at least 3.5 hours away.

Cool, good to know! I like my vet, but he is not an expert on "lab animals" He was telling me that when he was in vet school at Cornell, the instructor who taught  that was really boring, so he did not learn too much, but that was also not where his main interest was. He does treat wildlife and birds at his clinic, and I take my dog to him too.

Kim, I watched the show... how awesome! Wow, he's an amazing man. Obviously loves what he's doing, and very knowledgeable about so many different animals. Thanks for letting us know. I really enjoyed the program and wish we had more vets across the country like Dr. Mertz!
