Some of you in chat know that I recently had 4 rescue does, of which 3 of them were pregnant. Now there are 36 babies total and the oldest litter is now 4 weeks old and almost ready to go to their new homes. They're looking for forever homes, but if you can foster them that would be great too. Any donations of money, cages, and other supplies would be greatly appreciated.

So far I got the pictures of everyone from the first/oldest litter. They're all VERY friendly and LICKY!!!

1 black hooded boy

One of the 3 agouti hooded boys

More agouti boys. They're very friendly and curious.

Can you tell I'm partial to these boys?

1 beige hooded boy

2 black hooded girls

1 agouti hooded girl. I think this is the one with the almost complete hood.

3 Beige hooded girls.

Oh and those of you who heard the story of the "mutant mouse", here she is!

These guys are only from the first litter, and there are 2 more litters available. Colors are similar, except for some PEWs, and black hoodies that look like chocolates.

I'll be transporting some of them to Philly area within a few weeks and I'll be driving to DE to meet someone too. I can also transport to most of NJ, parts of PA and CT, and further. For any questions about any of these guys email me at Crittersnestrescue@hotmail.com

This is a picture taken about a week ago of the 3rd litter. These guys are at a foster home in NYC and are about 2 weeks old now.

According to the foster mom there are 4 black hooded girls and the rest are boys. There are 11 babies in total.

LOL. Unfortunately I don't think there are any dark eyed beige. I'm not 100% sure but they're most likely all red/ruby eyes.

The 4 week old fosters, in the first post, will be staying at my home in Rego Park, Queen. So transport can be make through-out the NYC metro area anytime. On the 19 -21  I will be in Lake George, NY. And I can also drop offs in the Greenport, NY, area anytime. And within the next few weeks transport can be make to NJ, PA, SC, MA, NH, and Maine, as well.

A 6th grade kid bought a "mutant mouse" and brought her to  school to show off/scare other kids. You can imagine the commotion THAT caused Roll Eyes Anyhow, lucky for the little one my previous adopter is the sub teacher there and confiscated her from the kid and called his parents (and me). No it wasn't his pet, he only bought it cuz he thought it was "freaky" and would be fun to show to his friends Tongue Whatever happened to kids trading baseball cards instead I wonder... This "mutant mouse" was actually a barely 3 week old baby rat who was as sweet as can be despite all that craziness.

Of course the most important thing about this lady is that she'll be ready for adoption soon! Grin

Here's the update on the babies.

There are about 7 females and 3-5 males still available (still waiting to hear from someone). There are 6 black hooded and 1 PEW girl left, and all black hoodes and 1 PEW boy left. They're about 6-7 weeks old now and ready to romp in their new homes Smiley

This Sat I'll be driving down to Baltimore to drop off a rat to Jesiree and making a  few stops along the way in NJ. Then next weekend I'm going up to CT to pick up my new boys, so I can also do transports that way.
