One of my females is constantly bullying the others. It caused so much stress it one of the other rats that she is now sick. I noticed her beating up on the youngest rat lately causing many squeeks. What can I do??

Best thing you can do if it is making the other sick is to remove the bully.  Give them all a break, then maybe you could try re-introducing them at a later date.

You could try keeping a squirt bottle on hand.  I do this during introductions and it work well.  Once the offending rattie has been squirted a few times it is too busy grooming and giving you nasty looks to pick on the others.  Of course you have to catch them  in the act which may be more difficult with dealing with a resident bully...but may be worth a try.
