A couple of question.....
This is for the Molasses diet
1st, do we cook the pearled barley, millet, and flax seeds?
2nd, Vitamins, Will vita-drops work mixed in with thier food on a dailey basis?
After having gone to several health food and grocery
stores I am very confused, I get conflicting information regarding the amounts of MG, and MCG, pertaining to safe dosage.
My girls get Suebees dry mix as a constant along with fresh fruit and veggies on a daily basis,they also get a pasta,beans,brown rice,veggie recipe i got from the rat pages but i can't remember who's.
What do you guys think,good enough or not?
