I'm using tamoxifin right now, it's being tested by a few members here. Click on search and type in tumor and see what you find.

Also, do a search on here for 'Pau d'arco' (several threads on this recently). It's a herbal treatment that some people have found useful when given to a rat with a tumour.

Hi, we've had success with Pau d'arco (see following).  But it does depend on the type of tumour etc.  It worked with Lilith's but not with Ros's.  I know others on the forum are using it but don't know what their results have been.

Pau d'arco, also known as Tabebuia impeteginosa, is available from herbalist shops.
Although its benefit to humans is advocated on a great number of websites, I find there are just as many sceptic sites that deem its benefits as 'inconclusive' at best.
But very interestingly (and very positively), even those who are unconvinced by it appear to acknowledge that the case put by those who do advocate it is based on the SUCCESS of scientific studies on RATS - ie, they AGREE it appears to BENEFIT our little furries.

Make sure it is the tincture you get, not the tea, and ideally get the tincture made without alcohol (it's VERY little alcohol so don't worry if that's all they have).

When Lilith had a suspected tumour we gave her 3 drops, 3 times a day and about four to six weeks later the lump had gone.
If you notice any reduction in the size of the tunour keep going until it is either gone completely or is greatly reduced.
Then you can lower the dose gradually, perhaps two drops three times daily, then twice daily, checking that the tumour doesn't return or begin to grow again.
It depends on the type of tumour whether it works or not but Lilith's tiny lump disappeared.

Pau d'arco also seems to work on our ratties as a general tonic - it appears to make them brighter - and when we give it just as a tonic it's at a dose of just one drop a day.

As our girls are not too partial to the taste, Aileen puts the drops on a wee bit biscuit (cookie), or a bit of bread or in a little yoghurt.

Good luck
