i had been feeding nutro lite for awhile with my own little mixture, but i wasnt happy with the ingredients and such so i switched to innova senior dry dog food nad wysong senior dry dog food...

never really thought much about it but i just looked at the rats yesterday -- their coats are AMAZINg!! especially gobo and anchovy, for rats over 2 years old and sickly, their coats are silky and smooth! the younger girls are all soft too (save the rex) and im SOOOO happy with their food! i was considering putting them on some supplementation of omega 3:6 fatty acids, but with this more balanced diet, i guess there is no need!! YAhoo!!

I love the Innova Senior also, haven't tried the Wysong. Innova has a lot of vit E and the fatty acids in it already. Even when on antibiotics, my rats didn't have messy poops, possibly because the food has probiotics added. It even smells good to me!!
