Pet shop had himilayan dumbos!! in Maine!

I was wasting time yesterday, hoping my 16 month old (human baby) would get tired enough to nap so I went to "Pet Quarters" a Maine chain and they had some male rats, I looked and looked and sure enough they had dumbo ears, I thought they were PEW, but I had the clerk wake them up and saw little smudges of color on noses and a hint at the tail bases.

I have never seen a Dumbo in person. The clerk said someone local breeds them. I am shocked that there is a ' breeder' near me that has these fairly exotic types and doesn't post online!

I know, it's hard to believe that in these enlightened days there are still people out there who don't have Net access   Can the pet shop give you the breeder's details? I've never seen a Himalayan dumbo but they sound beautiful
