Just a quick update on my little stubby girl. I talked to the vet
yesterday morning and he was quite surprised that she had quit
pooping after the second day. He thought that that would have ruled
out nerve damage because we would have been evident right away. His
only theory was that the pain medicine from the surgery made her
comfortable enough to poop. He thought that either it hurt from the
surgery or was "sizzling" from nerve damage so that she was holding
it in. Just as I was about to go down to get a perscription for pain
meds, she started pooping on her own!! YEA...

Now just to convince Chris that she needs to stay. Boy it's been a
long time since I've had a ratlet girl in the house. All my girls
are over 1 1/2. Last night I had Tara on the bed and we were playing
tag and every time she would come up to tag me she would lick my
hand. She's feeling MUCH better.

Valerie and the Brood de Brux and hopefully Tara
