Emily, my rescue rat with 3 small children, is definaltely pregnant again. I kind of figured she would be considering the situation I found her in.  Her belly is now noticeably buldging.  She's not to the "I swallowed a tennis ball." stage yet, but I would figure that by this time next week, her 2nd litter would be born.

The first 3 are soooo cute!  They're at that stage where they're starting to rat wrestle, groom, hop all over and generally drive their mom nuts.  Let's hope for a small 2nd litter too!

Sorry...  I saw my name and that was my first thought!!!  *sigh*  I'm blond never mind me Smiley

Poor mom- I would hate to have a group of kids one after another!  *sigh*  Hopefully she is going to retire for good after this!!!

LOL!  That would scare me too!  Sorry.  Yes, Emily will definately be retired after this!  She was rescued  with babies and pregnant . I never would have allowed her breed to begin with. Many of her babies and babies- to- be already have good homes waiting.  I'll keep Emily (plus any babies I can't find good homes for), retire her with my other 6 girls, and have her live out her life in a soft hammock.

I assumed she was a rescue girl- but you never know!  LOL

I'm so glad people are taking in all the little rescue 'demons'  LOL  Smiley  (I call standard ear rats demons since they look like they have devil horns Smiley

I havn't had rescues for a while- thank heavens!!  I mostly get adults in and don't get to play with any babies but my own!  LOL
