A kind lady found this ratty in her backyard and took her in. Obviously her age and other history are unknown, but she seems tame and very friendly.

Here's what her saviour had to say about her:

"Luna is a female rat......very friendly and comes out when her name is called (expecting a treat).  She seems to like people and dogs.  She has never shown any agression, but she does get a little over excited when being handled (I think....but since I know nothing about rat behavior, maybe this is normal).  She also will tolerate water, but only for about 3 minutes, after that she makes a break for the rim of the tub and waits to be picked up.  Her favorite treats seem to be fresh apples, broccoli, chicken, cheese and coconut, all of which she will take prettily from your hand."

Diana, the lady who found Luna, has sent me a pic which I can send to anyone interested. We're in the Cedar Park/Austin area.

We have one person interested so far but we're not sure. Are you interested in adopting her?
