My male (desexed) rat Boris has been left alone after the last of his rat family has passed on Tuesday.

I am seeking a rat lover with existing rat family to take him, or would like a compatible older rat male /female to keep him company.

This is a hard decision but he is really lonely since Pip died, and I have no time to spend with a baby rat, as I have a baby human son who needs lots of attention.

I will only give him to a compatible home after a trial with the new rats. Alternatively I would introduce him to a new older rat providing the rat is not aggressive, he is extremely submissive and has lived all his life with dominant females.

I would be willing to loan my very large powdercoated cage out to a person with a large rat family if they take him on, but as I intend to have more rats when my son is old enough to handle them, I would like it back eventually.
