Rochester, NY: 15 Rats
These rats were dumped at a pet store where their owner used to work. They are about a year old and are all different colors including many hoodeds and Siamese. The owner is going in for surgery in a few weeks and will be unable to care for them any longer. Her local shelter cannot take the rats and would simply euthanize them.
