!rat cage almost finished! + a question

me and my dad have almost finished the rat cage these are pics of it + the question is how rats from these images do you think will fit inside? i think the measurements were 11cm tall 45cm long and 12 cm wide

original colour of the cupboard the tops very crappy so we are putting a thick board over the top which is this oh thats my shoe btw the dog chewed it up :







that board inside the right hand corner has to be attached to the wall it will be up closer to the pipe

EDIT: that pipe doesn't come out i don't think my dad realised i have to clean it too must buy on of those baby bottle brushes

It looks like your dad did a good job, but you'd better go and find a measuring tape and check your dimensions.
The one's you've estimated are far too small for a rat. If you've got muddled up between centimetres and inches, there's probably still only room for one.
