PLEASE NOTE: Just because a rattery is farther away from you doesn't mean you should write them off. A lot of breeders are willing to meet you half way. Sometimes, they are even able to come farther. You can also get together with other people who want rats from the same place to save on time/gas. I definitely suggest contacting all the breeders (even the ones in West Virginia) to figure out which one meets your needs.
