Roxie and Velma are two GORGEOUS, sweet rat sisters at our shelter. They are dumbo rex black berkshires, and ever-so-cute. These girls have been waiting since mid-December for a home, and they're awfully impatient! Won't you open your heart and give these girls a second chance?
