*sigh*
I'd love to upgrade, but for now I'm stuck with this...
Its changed a bit, but not much. I have a little tent, changed the hammock, and put the igloo in a different place. Any ideas on what else I can possibly fit?
Its next to my bed, for comparison.

Here's the boys' cage:
I like to change it up pretty often. Currently, there's a soda box on the top, a hammock and the water bottle, a tent and the food and treat dishes on the second floor, a long soda box with extra holes on the middle and the igloo and two PVC pipes on the bottom.
Here's the girls' cage:
Currently, there's a hammock, food dish and treat dish on the top level, a soda box on the middle half-level, the water bottle on the next half-level and a PVC pipe and an igloo on the bottom.
I need to take new pictures of the 670 and 680. I'm still not 100% satisfied with the layouts I have in them. Still working out the best use of space. I'll try to do that soon.

This is my cage as of right now. I plan to make some changes to the inside by adding cubbies, bins, and hammocks to all levels. I also have plans for a homemade cage that I'm working on for after I'm done introducing my 2 new girls.
In the cage right now are two different pocket hammocks, a ferret litter pan, 2 toy ropes, and 2 igloos. I also have added since the picture a cardboard box to the bottom level and a small bin to the top level.

here is my tank right now. I have two babies at the moment, in a twenty gallon aquarium.
Right now there is a hanging tube, a rollanest, a bird klatter ladder and a regular bird ladder, plus their water bottle, critter kabob and food dish.

This is my kids' cage. It's 1.8m tall, 80cm wide and 41cm deep, currently housing three man rats.
I think the furniture's pretty visible, so I won't list it.
linky
to an outdated page about the old cage. It was 1.7m tall, 80cm wide and 55cm deep. It housed up to 8 man rats, but wasn't sealed properly and was getting a bit stanky after 3.5 years on the job.

The pictures are old, so they don't include all the furniture usually in the cages these days, so don't look the pictures too closely
In addition to these, I have some 10 a bit smaller cages and Duna-tanks for litters, quarantine and such, but I think they are not necessary to show in this thread.
Measurements: 27x19x47in. Self made
This cage is inhabited by our "grandmas", our three old ladies. They have three big layers plus several smaller in varying places, baskets, 3 hammocks, a litter pan, a cardboard box house and a plastic house, ladders and rope ladders for safe climbing, cardboard tubes, paper shreds for nesting and a bowl of dirt for digging. Other toys are varying depending on what I invent.
This is a FOP Lusaka aviary, measuring 33,5x24x58in.
This is the cage of the breeding boys, at the moment there are 5. The cage has three original layers with their own ladders, and I've added several smaller ones into varying places. There are also several baskets, wire and wooden, 4 hammocks, ropes, 2 litter pans, branches and a small tree stomp. Boys also have cardboard tubes and two houses, plus a self made hammock tent-like thing. Paper shreds and digging bowl belong to the furniture too, usually the digging bowl grows something too, these days I prefer oat sprouts.
Another self made cage, measuring 24x31,5x66in.
Here live our breeding girls, 9 of them at the moment. There are 4 stable layers and several changeable ones, and the furniture is very similar to the boy cage. The picture was taken in the middle of the furnishing on the building day, so it looks quite empty.
This I suppose is an old Ferplast model, dunno which. Measurements are 20x33,5x39in.
2 old gentlemen live in this one, and as the cage is actually like two rabbit cages on top of eachother with a hole to go through from one to another, it is quite easy for them to move in. The cage has 3 hammocks, a house, a litter pan, lots of fabrics on the upper level floor, digging bowl, tubes and a ladder.

Well, it's not really decorated, but here's my homemade cage. It's 33" L x 17" W x 36" H.
Inside it has: baby toys, placemats as floor coverings, wooden dowels to support the floors, an igloo, food bowl, 2 water bottles, and an oatmeal container. And please forgive the mess, it's due for a cleaning.

updated- 11/24 newest pic of the two RUUDs.. new hammock set made for my boys but the girls have ratty old hammocks that'll be replaced this week. I wash the hammocks weekly but the girls' hammocks just... get destroyed WAY too fast.. also, the bottom parts were opened up and those rats were FINALLY integrated with the rest of the groups..

A bad picture of my cage.
This is a Martin's 680. In the bottom I've got eco bedding, a litterbox with carefresh. a Rody igloo, a PVC pipe, food dish and water bottle (with a brick undreneath), a cat ball with a plastic bell, a comfy perch, 2 link bird toys put together, 2 bird branches, 2 small plastic bins made into shelves,a hamster ball with the end off and filled with fabric attached to the ramp for a hanging hidy place, and a bird toy with a bell. THe top has a hammock, a plastic bin shelf, and assorted bits of fabric for nesting.
I change things around pretty often, and the the rats rearrange it all

this is gonna be a big one, but its beacuse we have a long history of pics
this is a 695 on the bottom and a 685 on the top - these were my own rats, 1.5 years ago (old house)
during my period of overwhelming foster-hood
top left is a martins 640? with one mouse in it
below that is a lone aggressive young male that was recovering from a neuter, pre-adoption
below that is a 685 with lab boys in it
next row is a 690 with girlies in it, and then below that is a 680 with a pair of ratties in it.
the last row has the top cage holding a lone male (ex cagemate of prior mentioned lone male, they tried to kill each other the first night i had them, i posted about it...) and then below that are two martins ferret cages each holding a pair of ratties.
skipping ahead a lONG time, these are the current pics (well, they were current as of 3 weeks ago! arent anymore)
these are my rats, lydias rats, and the foster rats at that time.
upper left is a 670 holding my lone male, go.
below that is a 435 that has lydias 5 ratties in it (neutered males and females)
upper right is a martins 660 that has a lone male recovering from a neuter and waiting for transport.
below that is my 685 with my own rats in it (2 females and 1 neutered male) plus some foster ratties.
below that is a 695 with 8 baby boy fosters in it.

This is my All Living Things Cage. The cage is 30x30x14. The wire spacing is to big for my girls (1x2- hence the wire mesh) & I'm not happy with the slide out pan for various reasons. On the other hand the big doors give easy access to the whole cage.
The 1st 2 pix are of the top level. There is a bird rope, bird ladder that came off a bird play ground thing, food, water, a hammock, an extra shelf, a hanging bell toy, and a pvc pipe.
The next 2 pix are of the bottom of the cage. There is a waffle house, wodent wheel, 2 added shelves, various cat toys, some cardboard boxes, a chin chiller, and a tin of shredded paper (which once the girls are back in the cage will be spread all over the cage).

Here's a picture of my Martin's R-695. It will eventually house two boys.
On the very top shelf is one of those super pet tents. I sewed up a cushion for the inside, but you can't see it from this shot.
On the middle floor is a blanket that I made for them, a tent that I made, a Hammock/hide-out that I made, and a cushion that I made. There is alse a hanging bird toy and a Super Pet Tube. I also have a few jingly cat toy balls
Just above the lower shelf is one of Toni's (PPRR) hammocks (I also have a blue one) Then I have a hanging food dish.
On the floor is a Super Pet Chair, a litter box, a hanging hide out that I made, a litter box, a Super Pet Ferret Roller Basket, a few cat toys, and Eco Bedding.
I have many more toys waiting to be rotated into the cage, so I may post a picture of a different set up as well later on.

Here's my Martin's R-670.
On the top shelf is the cuddle cup and soup mug. Then there's the hammock (which I rotate with the Dearpie one). On the middle shelf I have their food dish and in the corner I have a mini litter tray that I use as a dish for my Suebee's. Does that make me a bad mom...? You can also see the two water bottles.
On the bottom is their HUGE litter tray that covers almost half the floor (not really) That way they have a 50-50 chance of pooping in the litter tray
And you can see a cat ball and a chewed up kleenex box. Greenies and chew sticks litter the cage floor as well.
