Meet Curly!!! Pics***

Here's Curly, the new companion. He's a hooded dumbo rex , approximately 5 weeks old. He seems to have a blue cast to him, perhaps like a blue agouti. I'm not sure of the colors. I hope to get better pictures that may better show his color. He's still shy, although I've been working with him for over a week. He's been in quarintine.



and here's his fuzzy back..although it's not as great a pic as I'd like.

Aww.... he's so TINY!  ANd curly!  Like a little cotton ball.   From the pics he looks like regular brown agouti to me.  He has gorgeous ticking though.  I love agoutis, I miss my old agouti boy Linus.

I can't wait to see more pics of your rats, they are all very cute.

Thank you all very much!! Just so you know..that's my husband's nasty nails in that first pic. He didn't wash them well when he came to see him, he was too excited to see the boy. I had to tell someone that..I can be so vain!!
 I work in a lab and wash my hands 50 times a day, so instead of dirty hands , I have extremely dry scaley hands LOL.

Your Curly is so cute Petey!! Aside from the obvious reasons we named him Curly..we chose the name because it was one of the names of the Lost Boys from Peter Pan. We're naming the dumbo boys I'm getting from Santisplayground after the Lost Boys , too. Then I'll get my darling "coffee" boys from TEK!! All these boys!! My vet is gonna giggle at me. Curly goes for his first vet check day after tomorrow (wednesday). Then I get to take all the boys in a couple of weeks. The get lotsa ooos and ahhhs when we go anyway. They all love big fat Gandolf!!
