How many rats do you have?  I have never seen that type of cage, so I don't know who it is by, but it looks fine from the picture, again, depending on how many rats you have...looks like you would only want to put two in there.

Let me preface this by saying this is just my own personal opinion, BUT while I do think that cage is "acceptable"; it does fit 2.1875 rats in it according to the cage calculator, I think if you can get a bigger cage, that would be better.  I am not sure why you want this particular cage, maybe you are getting a good price for it or something which is understandable, or just really like the style, also really understandable, but I would really go as large as you can afford.  I have my seven girls in a ruud cage, and I think it is just perfect for them.  I don't want to add anymore rats, though the cage calculator says I could have 11.  So, I guess what I am trying to say is, that yes, that cage will be okay for your two rats but, I would really encourage you to get a larger cage if you can afford it.

When you're too open minded, brains fall out!

If you really look at the cage interior, there's not a lot of floor or shelf space for the rats to actually live on.   Just because the outside dimensions say it's acceptable for X number of rats, you DO need to consider what the rats will sleep, eat, play on.  I see very little inside for them ... just a bunch of open space and hammocks.
