Hi everybody! I was wondering if it is hard to put together a martin's cage? Also what are some good toys rats enjoy playing with?

I thought it was rather easy to put my martins cage together, but I used cable ties instead of the c-rings (so I could take it apart in the future, if needed).

My rats like all different kinds of toys.  I have 2 rats that LOVE their igloo.  Then, I had a rat that loved ping pong balls.  She would roll them and pounce on them.

It takes me about an hour to an hour and a half to put a Martin's together.  Don't feel like you have to use all of those C-rings; they give you a bajillion!

It took me and my husband a little over an hour to put our rat skyscraper together. It REALLY helps if there is more than one person assembling it.  Wink
