All up it cost me about $125NZ/$85US (that's the brand new cage, plus all bits to turn it into a rat cage)

It's 90cm tall, 76cm wide and 46cm deep.

Ultimately I'm going to make a bigger cage out of a big cupboard or something for the boys, and the girls would have this one. But in the mean time I can't afford it, and this at least gives the boys lot more room than they had!!!

I'm going to make at least two more hammocks and get more toys and tunnels and stuff... it's looking too bare at the moment!!!

The main problem with it is there is only one door right in the middle, and it's not overly large! it's a struggle to reach in to the bottom or top, and it involved some forcing to get the litter tray in, but it's there and it's working so far!!!

Now to see how long it takes them to destory it all!!!
