R.A.A.T.S. in the Carolinas is a newly found rat club which will also focus on rescuing rats and finding them homes. RAATS stands for Rescue, Advocate Adopt, Teach and Support.
We are a group of rat lovers in North and South Carolina who decided that we needed to do something to aid rats in need in our area. Already we have at least 3-4 foster homes and people willing to transport.
