What do you all think.  This cage looks pretty cool.  Not sure of the bar spacing or much about it but love the way it looks and the full levels and lots of doors too.

I think I am just worried about trying to clean it if I got it.  Tons of room for 6 girls though huh?

I think its big enough for 6 girls, but cleaning might just be getting someone else to take it out and you could hose it off.   Yellow Cute Laugh

I love it! My only question would be can a wheel fit through the doors?

I got ahold of the person and there is no tray on the bottom.  Nothing at all on the bottom.  Don't know what I could do about that.  It is 4 ft long by 2 ft wide.  I don't think I would be able to find anything for a tray.

Depending on how fast your girls would eat it, you could make a coroplast tray for the bottom.  That *might* hold you until you could find someone to make you a metal pan but, do you really want to be wrestling with a 2' x 4' pan?  Maybe two 2' x 2' pans?  With something to bridge the gap - several catalogs carry a metal strip that is meant to go between the counter and the stove that might work.

I like it, looks hard to clean and decorate, though.

I hope no one buys it and throws a bunny in there  Shocked Sad.

I looked at this cage probably about 10 times trying to figure out if I should buy it. The problems I had were that there is no tray on the bottom, and it seems like cleaning it would be a pain in the butt, and I don't think it comes apart for easy cleaning either. It is very cool looking though. And HUGE!

Where did you look at it?  I was curious what company makes it if you know.  Did you look at it on craigslist also?  I think I'm not going to bother getting in but the cage calculator said 20 rats Shocked 2  Not that I want more but it would be soooo much room for only 6.  They could never see each other in the cage. I saw it on Craig's List also. It's been up for at least 2 or 3 weeks. I was also wondering where it came from. I think it was a bird cage?

What about this one.  It looks similar to the FN with small bar spacing but only one side door on each level opens.  The trays pull out.

I like that cage A LOT better than the first one you posted.  I also love the light colored bars.  Seems like a good price.  Not sure what the shipping would be, but I do like the cage.  It reminds me of the Fiesty Ferret in the fact that only one side of the doors open.  I like the ramps and levels better on this cage though than the FF.

Solid shelves or wire?  Not sure I'd spring for that much shipping (shipping is listed on the page as = cost of the cage). But the cage looks great!

I think the shelves are wire but I would cover them anyway.  It is bigger than the Fiesty Ferret,  I think it is the size of the Ferret Nation.  With shipping it would be $260.  I'm going to wait and see what the CN price is first,  just checking out different options.

I like the 2nd cage better, but I really don't like white or light colored bars; the contrast makes it difficult to see inside.  I had 2 near-identical hamster cages once, one black, one white, and it was amazing how much easier it was to see inside the black cage than the white one!
