I have 5 girls that I'm putting up for adoption because my parents have given me 2 choices; I can either keep the rats and move out, or downsize my colony and stay. Unfortunately I'm not in a position that I can move out (I'm 17) or else I probobly would because this is breaking my heart =/ They're all in great health, and have been fed a mix of organic fruits, veggies, grains, lab blocks, and the occasional treats. Four of my girls I've raised and handled since they were born in March after a girl I got from a petstore gave birth.
Here's the line up:
Baby: Red Eyed Standard Siamese (about 7 or 8 months old)

Yin: Champagne Ruby Eyed Fuzz (5 months old)

(she's almost hairless now)
Her twin sister Yang:

Both of them:

Izzy: Red Eyed Himilayan Rex

And Lucky: Standard Black Dwarf W/ Irish Mark

Lucky's probobly one of the sweetest little girls you'll ever meet, but ever since she's been born there's always been something alittle off about her, almost as if she has a rat form of A.D.D or something to the effect. Despite this quirk she functions just like any other rat would, and she doesn't need any more care then a normal rat, she's just alittle weird, but it's never been an issue. She's also about 1/3 the size of her sisters, but I swear she eats twice as much as they do. She also gets along with the rest of them swimmingly. Because of this though I want to make sure that she goes to someone with prior rat experience since she's particularly special to me.
I'm willing to travel and work out transport as well. I live in Southern New York about and hour and a half North of the city (to which I travel regularly), about 15 minutes from the CT border and about an hour and a half from the MA border.
If you're at all interested, have more questions, or want more and/or more recent pictures (most of these were taken a month or 2 ago) let me know by either replying here, PMing me or emailing me at
