How far as you willing to go to pick them up? The Georgia RMCA chapter has many rescues that are in need of homes all around the state of Georgia (and occasionally in SC). There is a large group of both males and females in the Augusta/Lincolnton area currently in foster that will be needing placement. The foster has been working with them and bringing them back up to good health. Additionally, there are 5 baby males around the Atlanta area and there is 1 older female as well. Check out our rescue center at
http://www.pxrats.com/albumrescue.htmlAs far as breeders, I can suggest one in CHarleston who I have been talkign with and has some litters coming up or you can look at my rattery (
www.pxrats.com) depending on how far you can go to pick up. I am unfamiliar with where Georgetown is though. I believe that there is also a rescue group in the carolinas but I don't have that info so hopefully someone will post here about them. Good luck!
